I started with 10 minutes cooking website , just to share some of my cooking experiences and recipes. I have some special relation with my food. I adore them and they give me so much joy.

My mom and dad is a great cook. They can cook almost everything .  I’m use to have a home cook meal, therefore I would love to share it with you.

When I’m just a kid, we live in a neighborhood surrounded by Malays. My whole life I consume more Malay’s meal than Chinese. But, I love both food. This two amazing culture had collide to become great and unique food.  Both, have their own identity from ingredients , taste , way of cooking and so on. This 2 collision had bring food in aromatic ways that we will regret without tasting it.

Both my parents hometown is from state of Kelantan. I can said that our food and home meal food are also influential  by Thai food. My grandma borned in Thailand and had live here for years. She is a good cook too. Sometimes, she will cook for a big group of people.

Last, I must agree with some of the food blogger when you combine this 3 food and its will create greatest  food invention. It’s will change our point of view  and how we eat our food.

I hope you will enjoy my cooking and serve it as a home cook meal.

    Cheers!
