     My one and only spicy chicken wings had arrive, this chicken wing so spicy and the taste is unbeatable. If you love to eat spicy food, this is your chance. This chicken wings so juicy and the meat so smooth. I need to have 2 for this chicken wings. It’s great to eat stand alone of with steam rice.

     Simply spicy from 10 minutes cooking.

     

    INGREDIENTS :

    4 chicken wings

    Marinate :

    3 garlic

    1tbsp Crispy prawn chili  (or use 1 tbsp chili powder & chili flakes )

    2tbsp ground paprika

    5cm Ginger slice ( or use can ginger oil, taste like hainanese chicken rice’s ginger sauce )

    2 tbsp soya sauce

    2 tbsp lemon juice

    Salt & pepper to taste

    METHOD:

    1)      Marinate for 5 hours.

    2)      Grill in over for 25 minutes for 370 degree.

    Fish fillet with cheese sauce amazingly cheezzy . If you like fish and cheese, this is your thing! This is must try recipe, the fish is crispy when you eat with the cheese sauce, this dish become unbeatable. I ‘m a fan of cheese, so I call all the cheezzy friend, try this :)

    Simply delicious by 10 minutes cooking!

    INGREDIENTS :

    2 fish fillet

    1 cup of  tapioca starch (tepung ubi kayu)

    1 cup rice flour

    1 egg

    1 tbsp ground rosemary

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Sauce :

    150ml Cream

    30g parmesan cheese

    METHOD:

     1)      Marinate fillet with rosemary, pepper and salt. Rest for 15 minutes.

    2)      Cut fillet in small sizes.

    3)      Egg in 1 bowl

    4)      1 plate will be tapioca starch and rice flour.

    5)      Add fillet in egg bowl.

    6)      Dredge fillet with Tapioca starch and rice flour.

    7)      Heat pan and add oil.

    8)      Deep fried fillet until golden brown.

    Sauce:

    1)      Heat pan. Add Cream and parmesan cheese.

    2)      Cook until cheese dissolve and sauce thickening.

    3)      Serve with Fillet.

    Another fast and express way to take your mushroom soup. Serve this mushroom soup with garlic bread.

    Enjoy your meal in 10 minutes cooking!

    INGREDIENTS :

     1 can of mushroom sauce

    20g Parmesan cheese ( if you are cheese lover , you can add more)

    1 can water.

    METHOD:

     1)      Add 1 can of mushroom sauce.

    2)      Add water.

    3)      Add cheese.

    4)      Cook until the cheese is dissolve.

    When I’m tired or lazy to cook, I will make this express garlic bread and serve with mushroom soup. This will complete within less than 10 minutes.  Just a fast way to fill my stomach in the morning.

    INGREDIENTS:

     

    1 baguette

    10 garlic (slice in small pieces)

    Soft butter

    METHOD :

    1)      Cut baguette in small pieces.

    2)      Add butter.

    3)      Add garlic on top.

    4)      Toast  in oven for 15 minutes.

    This fresh salad is the same salad I make with chicken parmesan. This sald can be stand alone as well and is taste good and fresh.

    1 yellow capsicum

    1 red capsicum

    1 Avocado

    1 mango

    1 packet tomato cherry

    METHOD :

    1)      Mixed all ingredient.

    2)      Add salt.

    3)      Serve with Thousand Island

    Chicken Parmesan with salad. This dish may need a bit of time but believe me its will turn out beautifully. This dish look vibrant with combination of the chicken, salad and mayonnaise.  The chicken taste good  and great to go with the fresh salad.

    INGREDIENTS :

     Chicken :

    2 chicken breast

    Parmesan Cheese

    ½ cup flour

    1 cup breadcrumbs

    3 tbsp ground oregano

    Salt & pepper to taste

    1 egg

    Mayonnaise sauce :

    Mayonnaise

    5 garlic

    Pepper

    Salad :

    1 yellow capsicum

    1 red capsicum

    1 Avocado

    1 mango

    1 packet tomato cherry

    Thousand island

    METHOD :

    Chicken :

    1)      Preheat oven to 375 degree

    2)      1 bowl add flour

    3)      2nd bowl add egg

    4)      3rd bowl add breadcrumbs, parmesan, oregano, salt & pepper. Mixed well.

    5)      Dredge the chicken breast in the flour. Shake off excess.

    6)      Add to egg, drain well.

    7)      Add to breadcrumbs mixture.

    8)      Bake for 25 minutes.

    Mayonnaise sauce:

    1)      Mixed all.

    Salad :

    1)      Mixed all ingredient.

    2)      Add salt.

    Welcome to one of my favourite home cook dish. Braise chicken with soya sauce. It’s  just a simple dish but taste really really good!

     Recently, we celebrate father’s day. This dish definitely in my main menu. The smell is incredible good and the taste is definitely delicious.

     Again another simple dish to make by 10 minutes cooking!

    INGREDIENTS:

     ¼ Chicken

    5cm Ginger (slice)

    2tbsp brown sugar

    2 star anise

    1 cinnamon

    1tbsp five spice ground

    300ml Chicken stock

    2tbsp dark sauce

    2tbsp light sauce

    2 tbsp rice wine

    1 tbsp Corn starch ( thicken the sauce)

     METHOD :

     1)      Add water in medium size pot. (water should be ¾ )

    2)      Add oyster sauce, soya sauce, dark soya sauce, rice wine, ginger, cinnamon, 5 spice, star anise and chicken stock.

    3)      Once the water boil, add chicken.

    4)      Cook for 15 minutes.

    5)      Chicken should stay in the pot for another 50mins before serve.

    6)      Cut the chicken and serve with the sauce.

    Sauce :

    1)      Scoop 3 cup of stock from the pot. Add in the pan.

    2)      Add 1 tbsp rice wain.

    3)      Add  corn starch and stir until the sauce thickening.

    Bean Sprout with salty fish is a  conventional chinese dish. Salty fish aromatic smell with fresh bean sprout definitely will bring some of saliva drooling . This just simple and delicious dish definitely one of the home cook choice.

    INGREDIENTS :

    200g bean sprout

    Some salty fish (depend on your preference)

    2 Garlic

    Salt

    Pepper

    METHOD :

    1)      Heat up cooking pan.

    2)      Add garlic and fried until aromatic.

    3)      Add salty fish. Fried until crispy.

    4)      Add bean sprout.

    5)       Add salt & pepper.

    6)      Cook for 1 minute and serve.

    Taucu Lala is combination of sweet, salty and spicy. Lala also called clams. Taucu is made of soya bean with additional preservatives to make it salty. If you a fan to spicy food,  you can add more hot chilies . This dish is good to serve with steam rice.

    Oo.. Lala… with 10 minutes cooking

     

    INGREDIENTS:

    300ml lala

    4 red onion

    3 garlic

    5cm ginger

    2tbsp tauchu

    1tbsp Oyster sauce

    1tbsp Chinese rice wine

    5 chilies padi or any hot chilies

    1 green chili for decoration

    Salt

     2 tbsp Brown sugar

    Water

    METHOD :

    1)      Heat up cooking pan. Add ginger,onion, garlic & chilies . Cooked for 1 minute.

    2)      Add taucu & oyster sauce.

    3)      Adda little  water.

    4)      Add brown sugar & rice wine.

    5)      Add lala & salt.

    6)      Cook for 2 minutes and serve.

    Park Choy  and shitakes mushroom lovers, this recipe is simply simple. Park Choy is one of the vegetable that I must consume weekly. The texture of smoothness in park choy  and shitakes mushroom are irresistible. When you eat , the mushroom shitakes will slide through your throat and the flavor of oyster sauce will bring taste in this simple cooking.

    INGREDIENTS :

    1 garlic

    2 tablespoon of olive oil

    125g shitake mushrooms, de-stalked & sliced.

    400g park choy, roughly chopped

    2 tablespoons oyster sauce

    METHOD :

    1)      Heat pan. Add olive oil.

    2)      Cook Shitake mushroom & park choy stalked for couple of minutes.

    3)      Add choy sum & oyster sauce .

    4)      Cook for few minutes & serve.
