    This fresh salad is the same salad I make with chicken parmesan. This sald can be stand alone as well and is taste good and fresh.

     Simply simple by 10 minutes cooking!

     

    INGREDIENTS :

    1 yellow capsicum

    1 red capsicum

    1 Avocado

    1 mango

    1 packet tomato cherry

    METHOD :

    1)      Mixed all ingredient.

    2)      Add salt.

    3)      Serve with Thousand Island
